Tybee boasts some fine restaurants such as Georges' of Tybee as well as numerous less-formal cafe's and bar and grills, such as the Crab Shack and Cafe Loco. For a change of scenery and home to some of the areas finest restaurants and shops, visit historic Savannah and the ever popular River Street - only 15 minutes away!

There's no shortage of things to do on Tybee: rent a bike, rent a kayak, rent a scooter, play tennis, swim, fish off the pier, go deep sea fishing, take a stroll on the beach, watch a sunset, watch the shrimp boats cruise the channel, check out the historical spots like Fort Pulaski and the Tybee Island Lighthouse, go shopping, sunbathe at the pool or on the quiet beach in front of SBRC. If it's the more happenin' public beach you prefer it's only a 5 min car ride from the condo! There is truly something for everyone at Tybee Island.
